This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Vibo Express via our online store at www.viboexpress.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
1.1 All orders are subject to processing time before shipment. Standard processing time is 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
1.2 Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
1.3 In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
2.1 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2 We offer the following shipping options:
l Standard Shipping: estimated delivery 6-10 business days
l Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery 4-7 business days
l Overnight / Express Shipping: estimated delivery 2-5 business days
2.3 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
3.1 We currently ship to North America, Asia, and Europe.
3.2 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries/regions due to carrier limitations or local import regulations.
4. Tracking and Delivery
4.1 Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
4.2 Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
5.1 For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs clearance procedures.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
6.1 We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
6.2 If a package is lost or significantly delayed, customers must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at viboexpress@viboexpress.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6.3 Damaged packages must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
7. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
7.2 We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7.3 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
